Ask The Board of Directors
If you have a question for the Board, please send an email to Chris Johnson, Chairperson Calendar Year 2009. Some questions will be chosen and posted/answered here. Please try to make your questions general in nature so that we can share general concerns with the whole school community. Send questions to: dsdcchris@aol.com Please put "Ask The Board" in the subject line, and include a phone number in case further information is needed. Questions may be directed by the Chair to appropriate Board Members for answers.
If you have a specific issue relating to a particular student please begin the process, as outlined in the Parents' Handbook, by meeting with the teacher. This may lead to a meeting with the Director. In addition, should a satisfactory result not be achieved, a grievance process has been set up to address specific policy concerns as they relate to individual students via the Board of Directors. See parent handbook for more on the grievance process.
