Parents,
This is just a friendly reminder:
In the afternoon parents may not go to the classroom to pick up students until carpool is finished.
If you need to pick up your child for dismissal please do so before 2:45.

Procedures for Drop- Off and Pick- Up
Drop-Off 7:45am-8:15am
All vehicles will enter from Preston St; turn right onto Brevard St; turn
right into the school parking lot for drop-off and pick up.
Pull all the way down and a TA will open the door for the student to exit.
After dropping off the student traffic will exit the same driveway it
entered and turn right on Brevard St.
The visitor parking lot will not be used for drop-off until after 8:15
(tardy notes needed). It will be closed to through traffic.
Pick-Up 3:15pm-3:40pm
Please have your car tag displayed clearly for the TA’s to see.
Students will remain in their classrooms until their number is called. They
will then proceed down to the gates to wait for a TA to put them into their
vehicle.
Day care vans and buses will circle in the driveway in the open lane and
pick up students in the visitor parking lot. These vehicles will exit onto
Noble St. Anyone carpooling with 5 or more kids in the car can go to the
day care line.1)
All other vehicles will line up in the right lane next to the sidewalk and
gym area. Please allow the day care buses/ vans to get through to the
visitor parking lot. You may be stopped in the car line to allow for the
day care buses/vans to get through.
The visitor’s parking lot will not be open to through traffic during
pick-up except for day care vehicles.
Please do not try to park in the visitor’s parking lot and walk your
child to class or pick up your child from class. That causes a break in the
flow of traffic and presents safety issues and concerns.
